The Influence Of Inflation On My Hometown

Nowadays, inflation has stirred a heated discussion in China

. Most people believe that the swift and violent inflation since 2007 has affected the economy and peoples life severely. Without doubt, my hometown is also influenced by it.

First of all, inflation has delayed the new rural construction of my hometown. As we all know, new rural construction is in the trend, so the people in my hometown planed to build the main road of our village. They had raised the money and decided to operate the project. However, because of the inflation, most materials for building the road has become more expensive and the money which had been collected is not enough now, so the project has been put off.

Then, the inflation forces most young people of my hometown to return. In my hometown, most young people have gone out to find a good chance to earn more money. With the existence of inflation, most of them have to return home because they know that under the influence of inflation the people who just earn a salary without any other income must find a new way to make a living. So most of them return and want to find a chance to make wealth.

Next, due to the increase of the crop price, apparently, the money in the charge of the people in my hometown is growing greatly. Actually, as we all know, crop is a kind of raw material and comparing with the industrial products, we can find out that the rising degree of the crop is very slight. If you think of the purchasing power of the money, you will find that the real value of the money in hand has dropped greatly.

At the same time, the people of my hometown must face the situation of the crazy rising price of the fertilizer, seeds and pesticides, so most people complain about that. They said that the situation minimizes their benefit margin, so most of them had abandoned their farms.

Last but not least, because the money has less value than before, some people of my hometown want to earn more money to support their lives, and some even go to beg for money or even commit crimes to make money.

Clearly, its very difficult to curb the high inflation in a short time, but of our country wants to build the peaceful and harmonious society, she must take some actions to relieve the situation.
