The invisible company is a idea behind job creation. Facilitating resources or shall I say a platform where people come to together to create, communicate and engage in job creation. A global solution, sustainable, for everyone, available to everyone from which you can create or place yourself in a job immediately. Is this entirely possible you may ask, yes it is, the world has the financial and technical resources available to achieve this.
Why do governments not have the power to create all the jobs needed so that everyone could work if they choose to?, (before I answer lets assume our example is a perfect government without misapropriation or misuse of funds and no corruption) the answer lies in the fact that governments follow a set of pre existing mandate rules and economic principles, policy rules that dictate the way in which they can give money to you the people. These rules act to stabilise and control the economy. Examples of these rules are Increasing government spending making money available, creating government subsidies or loans, lowering banking reserve requirements so that banks can make loans easier without having to keep more money in there vaults, making money available to the public thus creating jobs. This is a short term solution and does not solve the joblessness problem or is not completely focused on job creation, the government has many items on its agenda and job creation is just one part that needs to be controlled, not solved just controlled. The job problem we are currently experiencing has happened before, history has repeated itself, just Google the great depression.
A platform for job creation holds only one solution, communication, to talk, to communicate yourself and interact with others as people are the key to this problem. People have to know how special you are, and what you are capable of, everyone is capable of something, no matter who and where you are, you have something to offer and it should just be shown, information isolation, or personal data transparency is a barrier in everyone's success. Quick example, a goodlooking shy man sees a woman, no matter how successful or talented he is, that woman cannot appreciate him if he doesn't talk to her. Menial example but very true.
The successful people of this generation foretell of how powerfully communication is, young guys like Mark Zuckerberg, the creator of Facebook, the Google men, Larry Page and Sergey Brin have all harnessed communication and created platforms in which people interact,communicate and express themselves. Zuckerberg with Facebook, people talking and interacting with each other, the Google men providing access to the worlds media through a streamlined search process, great solutions to past needs. Ask yourself how many millions of people that use Facebook and Google are actually unemployed, I would say millions, yet these unemployed people have the know how and ability to keep in contact with millions of people who have jobs or have access to jobs, is this predicament a simple issue of creating a pathway to jobs, I surely hope so. Internet, mobile and tech companies are all working towards synergy (a complete combination of resources to achieve optimal efficiency) or simply put if we combine together cell phones,computers and the Internet we could possibly come up with one technology platform which can solve the job problem and change the way we find jobs,
