The answers to all of the above are YES. When I first found out about this book, I figured it was impossible how could someone have figured out a way to win the lotto. So then I did some research and found various The Lotto Black Book Reviews and found that others who have purchased this book, have had success in whatever lotto they were applying it to. Im not saying everyone who wrote about this book have won the lotto, but they stated that they have all made money almost everytime they played since the purchase of the book. I even read a couple that were one number short of winning the lotto, and saw one that actually did win the lotto. Keep in mind this book is fairly new, this means that this people have all had success and some have had major wins in a very short time.

After reading all these stories, I figured I would go ahead and give it a try and then go ahead and let everyone know of my experience through my own The Lotto Black Book Review. It has been only one week since I have purchased The Lotto Black Book and find myself surprised as the results I have seen. After applying the formula I have hit 4 numbers on one of my tickets and 3 on two others. Keep in mind, I am in Florida which the lotto only runs twice a week.
