You and I are aware of the Rat race,due to which we are running around continuously in different directions physically and mentally
. Nobody can deny that and probably there is no solution also. The race is so intense and so fierce at times that we may define it as Mad Rat Race and almost everybody is in the Racing Course forgetting about their duties towards their friends and relations at times.
The fallout may be :- People are in the race so long as he/she is awake till they go to sleep.The timing may differ from people to people even in the same family as we are moving from the rotating shift to the permanent shift system of the work (night or day),making them alien to other members of the family or friends. People may not find others sympathetic to their needs and problems and continue to grope with the situation they are in resulting in tensions which may lead to different ailments. Now,there may be some remedies available. Some psychologists say that you can simply laugh away the tensions of your mind and on this theory different laughing clubs/association sprang up in different localities mostly organized by Senior Citizens. More refreshing news is that more and more entertainment TV channels now air similar kinds of programs at regular intervals (probably to cater persons working in different shifts). If you can one catch such suitable program you be finding a cute hostess with beauty in her body bared as much as possible,some hard and knotty jokes from celebrity comedians and a band of judges or juries ready to press alarm with laud laughter so that you can't miss the timing. So,friends,shake off your tensions and get ready for the next cycle of the Race!
