Divorces can be extremely difficult on all parties involved, husband, wife and children all suffer in most cases. Going through a divorce is indeed a very emotional time. There's lots of feelings involved.

I have a friend who was going through a divorce last year but it wasn't something she really wanted to follow through with. It seemed as there was no hope in her situation. Her husband had left her, he had a new girlfriend and wouldn't talk to her at all. The children became very emotional and sad. Prior to the "break up" the children lived their entire lives with their dad. The attachment was extreme. My friend was really suffering, I recall her losing her appetite and not being able to eat for a few days, she was very depressed and even contemplated suicide. Things were really looking bleak for a family that seemingly had it all.

Months went by, my friend hadn't talked to her husband and the children hadn't seen their dad. Things got so bad the children needed to be counciled. It seemed as if this situation had hit rock bottom.

However, a few days after the childrens first counciling session, I talked to my friend. She seemed very happy and elated about life again. She was extremely upbeat. She had a glow about her that I hadn't seen in nearly a year. I asked her what was she so happy about, she said she finally talked to her husband and they've decided to try to reconcile their relationship. I was amazed. If you knew the situation, you'd think they had no chance of coming back together. I asked my friend what she did to get her to talk to her again, she said she read a little book online called The Magic of Making Up. I don't know what was inside that book but it surely worked.

Well, I just wanted to share my friends story with you guys, maybe someone out there is going through a relationship that seems to have no chance of working. I advise you to keep the faith.
