This huge buzz also leads to a major misconception about the compensation plan which we will cover in this article.

The misconception i see in the internet based network marketing community about the Mandura compensation plan is that all you need to do is join, make a purchase, and then sit back and wait for the money to come rolling in because of the single line forced matrix. Nowhere in the compensation plan do they say or insinuate this. My opinion is this misconception is due largely in part to previous experiences with many plans or systems using a 'powerleg' or 'powerline' structure.

How network marketing powerline systems work:


These plans or systems would show people being placed in the leg directly below you and then send you an email each time a person was added to the leg telling you to "signup now or possibly lose your commission on that person forever", or something to that effect. This is known as "the fear of loss" technique.

The two main problems with the powerleg system are:

1)Many of those people enrolling under you in the powerleg actually weren't in your group

2)There was either no way to earn money from their enrollment or the ability to earn was limited to just a few people below you.

It was very misleading, but also very effective. The powerleg system eventually lost it's mass appeal due to the two factors above.

My opinion is that when people see the Mandura compensation plan using a single line forced matrix and everyone falls into one leg, that they were just using the same old powerline technique. This of course isn't how the pay plan is designed to work.

How does the straight line forced matrix work?


With the straight line forced matrix every person (Mandura calls them ibo's) that enrolls in the company after you, regardless of who enrolled them, goes directly under you which increases your team volume which is one of the 7 ways you get paid in Mandura. So this volume actually has a direct effect on how much you can earn.

Now, you can't just sit back and not do anything. There are requirements you will need to meet to earn on this team volume. In the compensation plan the team volume is broken down into 20 different pools giving IBO's of all levels a chance to earn from many of these pools. It's a great concept that is contributing to the huge buzz in the internet and network marketing industry.

To earn from the team volume pools In the Mandura compensation plan there is only one leg which every IBO goes into. The main thing to keep in mind is this is just one of the 7 ways you get paid in the pay plan. The team volume pools do open up the entire pay plan for you but remember, you have the whole company helping you build it. You will still need to bring people in and help them do the same.
