The Maternity Acupressure Guide - Is it Safe to Use

?

I have to admit I was pretty interested when I heard about a new Maternity Acupressure Guide that followed ancient medicine and helped the body speed along labor, all the while alleviating a suite of other pregnancy discomforts. I'm not exactly unfamiliar with alternative medicine and have used some remedies myself in the past with mixed results, but when it comes to an expectant mother, one really does not want to take chances. So when I heard about this guide, I got immediately interested (if a little hesitant, at first) and wanted to know more about it. After all, this guide claims to do some pretty wonderful things, and if it's got any truth to it, then I am most definitely going to plan to spread the word far and wide! I mean, I've had a few kids myself and I can tell you first hand-- being pregnant isn't at all a walk in the park, especially in those last few weeks. Anything that could help would most certainly be a godsend to most expecting females, that's for sure.

So I decided to read a little more about it and was pleasantly surprised (if still a little skeptical) at what I read about acupressure. I knew it was an ancient healing technique, but what I didn't know, was that acupressure points have more reliable effects, this means that anatomically, you are more likely to find the 'right spots' with acupressure than with any other method. This means that acupressure is great to practice at home and that a beginner should be able to get reasonable results even if they are self-taught. That's definitely an aspect I can get behind. Who wants to try something that's too tricky to learn appropriately at home, especially on such a serious subject?

I tried this guide myself and was extremely pleased with the results. While I cannot say for sure if it made me go into labor any quicker (I did go into labor less than two weeks after trying this guide, though), I can say for sure that I slept better, had less headaches, had MUCH less stomach pain and had a great overall feeling of being in better health.

Overall, at least for the reasons above and relaxation along with pain alleviation, I would have to say that the Maternity Acupressure Guide is a terrific addition to anyone concerned with their health during late pregnancy. Click here to read more about this fantastic guide.
