It's that simple. Just keep switching back and forth like that. You can stop after ten minutes (which means just five minutes of actual running, or you may go for as long as thirty four minutes, but not a minute more. If you go any more, you will detract from the burning of fat.

This fat burning exercise will burn fat for 24 hours. If you do it every day, you will never, not be burning fat.
