or an expensive LED TV, I always go to the Internet and search for product reviews. What I am looking for is what other people are saying about the product. Were they happy? What are their chief complaints? What additional things could I get if I buy the product?

Customers will say anything and everything especially if they are not happy with their purchase. I am reminded that with just one bad review and it will already taint 1,000 good reviews. So it is important that I consult other people before I commit my hard earned dollars to anything. This goes without saying that no amount of marketing collateral would equal the power of a positive customer story.
