The Motorola Milestone comes with a 3.7 inch wider display which offers double-tap

and pinch and zoom features also, allowing for greater clarity and viewing of the Web through its multi-window HTML browser which supports Flash 10. In addition to this it plays back video which is handy as it also comes with DVD quality video capture through a 5 megapixel camera.

The slider handset offers a choice of what applications, plugins and where services are, from the home screen onwards, it also offers the choice between the full QWERTY keyboard, or the virtual keypads available. This is great for downloading more apps from Android Market, featured, and for replying quickly to messages, emails and social networking statuses which are all available in one place.

The built-in aGPS provides all the personal navigation needed, through the Motonav spoken turn-by-turn directions, for handsfree directions in addition to 3D Landmarks and a range of trial versions of new and developing additional features. The web browser is also location based, and makes it faster to search for whatever is needed from the full range of Google services and search engine capabilities that the Milestone offers. From contacts, and applications to the everyday Googling, its possible to search for everything everywhere.

The handset also features a full Multimedia Station providing an alarm clock, full music player, and a digital photo frame for captured pictures. The camera provides image stabilisation, a dual LED flash and editing tools among other features. Listening to music or watching videos in high quality are available through either a stereo Bluetooth headset or thorough some headphones.

The Android operating system running through a fast 550MHz processor offers plenty of scope for personalising the handset with a full range of formats for ringtones and wallpapers, along with preloaded and the ability to download further. The home screen and many other features throughout the phone can be personalised also.

The Motorola Milestone offers a new quality and experience to users through its larger and better quality touchscreen with gesture recognition, in addition to DVD quality video capture and high quality playback, enhanced further by its multimedia capabilities. Meanwhile there are still all the features required by someone who needs to stay in touch wherever they go through the push Exchange and Google mail services, and other messaging and social networking in one place. In addition to this its possible to add many other features to the phone further through Android Market.
