Its important to keep in mind that lean muscle mass is composed primarily of water, it only makes sense that drinking a lot of of H2O each day is defiantly the way to go for continued muscle growth. I like to remind people to drink up to 2 gallons of clean water each day, spread out with each of your muscle building meals. This keeps your muscles well hydrated and allows your body to move nutrients into your muscle cells more effectively.

If youre serious about building a lot of muscle this time around, then you need to spend some time getting your muscle mass gain diet structured for the best results. Sure it can be a pain in the butt to have to put in a few hours of your life figuring things out before you even set foot in a gym, but this is the only thing that is going to give your the opportunity to gain new muscle mass.
