The ideal way to achieve this is to communicate properly to the end users as to how the system works.
Once the new system is integrated in software development company set-up and made available to the end users, the management should identify a trainer to teach the end users about the working knowledge of the functionalities and features of the new system. It should be the responsibility of the trainer to make sure that everyone is comfortable during this transition. It should be understood that training cannot be replaced by user manuals. Manuals can be deceptive, if the reader is unfamiliar with the system. Also the trainer would be in a much better position to communicate the entire gamut of benefits of the system with respect to the company's vision, mission, and objectives. Hence, it is advisable to have a combination of training and reference manuals, as it would help the end users to make the transition successfully.
