The content is only available in the United States and its territories. International users are prevented from accessing the site. Although it started as a free site, a monthly subscription has been started which allows access to a wider range of television programs.

The business to business to consumer (B2B2C) e-commerce model involves an intermediary between the producer of the product and the eventual consumer. Under this scenario, the customer chooses the features that they want in a product which they order from the website which then orders it from the retailer. The retailer also serves a service and return center. XYZ.TV will act as the intermediary between the consumer and the various program choices they will be offering.
