It comes fully equipped with social network and messaging applications direct from either the homes screen or the dedicated button below the screen and has a full QWERTY keyboard to give you more control when typing messages. The C3 has an integrated digital camera and benefits from a 2.4 inch screen.

The Nokia C3 Smartphone is a compact messaging based device and proves this weighing in at just 4oz and measuring at just 4.6 x 2.3 x 0.5 inches, the phones QWERTY keyboard is easy to control with its well pronounced buttons and certainly speeds up to process when writing out long messages or e-mails. The phones has a 2.4inch TFT landscape QVGA display rendering up to 256,000 colours in a 320 x 240 pixel resolution, the front display is vibrant and does a good job when presenting home screens, web pages and images. The phone is available in Slate Grey, Hot Pink or Golden White to help appeal to a varied market.

The start up screen can be configured to suit the users needs with the option to add your favourite contacts and social network feeds as widgets for immediate access, this is accompanied by various themes and interchangeable backgrounds to match the users personality, e-mail, messaging and your calendar can also be handled via the home screen. The phone includes a passable 2 mega pixel digital camera with 4x digital zoom, the absence of auto focus and flash is a shame but the camera does a fine enough job with general snap shots.

With new Smartphone craze connectivity is a key element, the Nokia C3 is capable of broadband speed connections via Wi Fi or 2G networks, the Nokia OSS browser interface is intuitive and the user has the full range of Ovi services at there disposal with the C3; these services include the Ovi Music Store for track downloads and the Ovi store to download additional applications for your handset. The social network capabilities mentioned earlier include Facebook and Twitter, the phone is also compatible with G-Mail, Yahoo and Windows Live amongst other services like the free Ovi Mail service. Up to Ten accounts can be managed by the C3 to allow for separate business and personal accounts.

The device is Bluetooth capable and has an internal memory of 55MB this can be added to using the MicroSD slot allowing for external memory upgrades ranging to 8GB, so there is sufficient storage space for any image, video or music files, the C3 supports the Nokia music player which allows for clear playback of many different file formats like MP3 and WMA and if you fancy catching up with your favourite news programmes or the latest tunes you can with the built in FM Radio. The C3 has a handy 3.5mm jack allowing you to make use of your own headphones for the best listening experience.

The Nokia C3 holds many useful features for day to day life. Its messaging and mailing services are very good and it covers the entertainment side sufficiently. The C3 will be popular I am sure but there are other, better Smartphones out there but they are not as affordable.
