The Nokia X6 Blue Offers A Capacitive Touch Screen And Classic Design

The Nokia X6 Blue is a capacitive touch screen handset with a classic design and

touch screen user interface for easy input and access to many impressive features. The device has a 5 megapixel camera for photo and video capture as well as a front camera for video calling. It also has a music player and other impressive applications preloaded.

The handset has a large 3.2 inch display with nHD (640 by 360 pixels) resolution, capable of displaying up to 16.7 million colours and 16:9 widescreen display ratio when the deice is turned sideways into landscape orientation, and automatically adjusted back to portrait mode when turned upwards again due to the internal Accelerometer. The captive touch interface provides finger-operated control along with an alphanumeric and QWERTY keypad for text input.

Connectivity is provided with microUSB connection for USB 2.0 high-speed to a compatible computer, as well as a 3.5mm Nokia audio jack connector for both audio and use as a TV out connection to watch videos back on a large television screen from the handset. Wireless connectivity is offered by Bluetooth 2.0 with Enhanced Data Rate for close proximity data and file sharing, as well as audio and calling.

The X6 Blue has text and multimedia messaging with support for long (concatenated) SMS messages along with a unified editor for both text and multimedia messages as well as a common inbox for both. Xpress audio messaging is also available along with instant messaging for easy conversation between the user and a contact. Nokia Email and Mail for Exchange are offered for easy to use email along with full support for email attachments, and support for the major protocols, POP3, IMAP4 and SMTP.

The web browser featured is the OSS browser for full HTML web page displaying, along with support for both HTTP and WAP protocols. Mobile search is also available to the user for fast online reference and information, while Javascript is also supported, along with Flash web applications with Flash Lite 3.0 installed. Meanwhile there are also easy services preinstalled for downloads and sharing capabilities, and Ovi Maps for directions, route planning and other location based services.

The Nokia X6 Blue is a great touch interface handset which features a powerful 5 megapixel camera for both image and TV quality video capture while on the go as well as the Nseries digital music player for music playback and enjoyment by the user. Meanwhile, it has all the expected easy to use email and messaging capabilities combined with a good web browser and other applications.
