Multilevel marketing compensation plans can be quite tricky for people who are unfamiliar with them

. Although certain concepts are common to all people, many couldn't tell the difference between a direct system and a binary system. Despite being primarily a binary system, the Numis Network Compensation plan also has a direct leg as well.

By nature, the Numis Network compensation plan is primarily binary. This means that you can arrange your downline recruits into two "legs". In turn, the overall performance of your lesser leg becomes the criterion upon which your bonuses are based. This model, which is known for promoting team spirit among distributors, is common in MLM.

In their compensation plan, there's also a direct recruitment bonus. You essentially receive a percentage of any bonus your recruits from the binary system might qualify for. Provided that you're highly skilled at recruiting, you can actually earn some bonus for your recruits in both legs of your downline network.

The common complaint with binary systems is that proficient recruiters receive no compensation for their highest performing leg, allowing them to generate revenue based on their recruitment regardless of where in the binary plan they wind up.

On top of these two compensation methods, the compensation plan also includes Training-Qualified Star Bonuses. When recruits becoming training qualified, or sponsor somebody who does, this activates a bonus. The largest bonus comes from a direct recruit who becomes a qualified trainer, with smaller bonuses starting to come in when your recruits qualify for one of these bonuses themselves.

The usual quick-start bonuses are also included here. These bonuses are typically triggered by a new recruit committing to an order that is large enough and designed to provide further incentive for people to recruit new members into their organization.

The largest percentages and commissions are found obviously at the highest plans. Compared to some MLM businesses I've looked at, the said compensation plan is relatively small, which means it is possible to reach the top in less time. However, since the "top" is so much more attainable, you will not find the Pool bonuses found in other compensation plans.

Anybody can make it to the top of the Numis Network compensation plan and succeed at MLM, provided one knows how to market well.
