As The OC winded up, we saw that Ryan, who was the central character in most of the episodes

, had finally attained the dream that he had set out with. Seeing him passing out of college as an architect, took us back to the pilot episode, in which we had seen a young teen with a huge dream. The fulfillment of his dream was nostalgic, since we were a part of his entire journey, with all its crests and troughs. Even though we all hoped that the brilliant series wouldn't end, but as they say, 'nothing lasts forever', and neither could The OC episodes.
