The Obsession Of Collecting Ladies Designer Shoes

. If there is one thing a woman cant do without its her latest designer shoes. There are shoes and then there are designer shoes and unfortunately most men would not know the difference.

Ladies designer shoes are those two or three times eachyear event that attract women to the shoe store like bears to honey. Some women are loyal to one designer and follow the designer almost with fervour like a novice following a spiritual leader. Their designer can do no wrong and if this has been decreed by their designer as the new look for the season then anyone else who doesnt get it has a real problem.

Lets not be too sexist here; there are plenty of men who follow just one or two designers for clothing and footwear just like women. There are fewer of them but with an inbuilt desire to be ahead of the herd the attraction of following one designer and buying only that designers new offerings is tempting. But, getting back to ladies designer shoes; there is probably no single item which gets so much attention from the average fashion conscious woman than the latest shoes from her favourite designer. That said, there is one possible exception to that statement and that has to be handbags. Handbags and shoes go together like love and marriage. A woman with the latest offering on her feet from her favourite designer is almost certainly going to be carrying a handbag with the same designers logo. Some will go the whole distance and from head to toe are walking advertisements for just one designer. Others may mix and match a little but whatever the case, the danger to the wallet is that if the latest designer shoes have just been bought then there is no way anything in the wardrobe is going to work with these!

So after the shoes its back on the street and a search for the right dress or trousers or coat or whatever to go with them. This exercise works equally well in reverse. If the designer dress has just been bought then it stands to reason that the correct designer shoes must follow. By the way, if a man doesnt understand that, then he is obviously stupid and if he continues acting that way he might also find hes left in the wardrobe and another model replaces him.

Ladies shoe size 5 is the most commonly sold throughout the world and the ever practical man with a wallet thats difficult to open will certainly at one time in his life ask himself the question that if ladies shoe size 5 costs one hundred dollars, then why does a ladies shoe size 10 cost the same? With so much more material on the size 10, then why isnt the size 5 cheaper? You see, men will never get it!
