. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed. Those people who never leave anything in the middle even though they are going through the roughest path of life to achieve a goal, we normally call them people with lot of sports man spirit. The term itself reveals the meaning of spirit one sports person keeps up.

If we sit and start counting the number of various games played by people, the numbers won t be sufficient to complete the task. When there is en number of games it is our responsibility to chose some which benefit more and this will help us reduce mental stress and keep us physically fit. For children games are must as they engage themselves into studies more and this will leave their brain with a lot of stress. So there should be ample time provided to children for games and sports.

In schools games need to be a part of education and thankfully there many schools in India who inculcates this goal. Particularly International schools in India give much more importance to these aspects in their syllabus as they concentrate more on the overall development of the kids.
