It's tough to comprehend what the health care bill is all about because it was not written in such a way that it's transparent and understandable. In this regard various ideas had been speculated about what the government intended in its creation.

Pay for new spending, in part, through spending and coverage cuts in Medicare Advantage, slowing the growth of Medicare provider payments, in part through the creation of a new Independent Payment Advisory Board, reducing Medicare and Medicaid drug reimbursement rate, cutting other Medicare and Medicaid spending.

A lot of citizens are aware of shady dealings within the Medicare and Medicaid system. Isn't it time that something is done to correct the irregularities in our health care system? It would be helpful if the government could create an independent board to investigate and put an end to this.

Why does the government go after people with disabilities and our poor citizens? Is it that anyone who is not able bodied and able to carry their own weight a burden in the eyes of the government? This should not be the way do things ion our health care system.

Medicare should also not be hit. Most individuals who are in Medicare or will be under that are the older members of our family. Have they not spent their entire lives working, producing, and helping to contribute to making this the greatest country on earth? The government should at the very least take care of them in the late pat of their lives,

Eliminating the Medicare Advantage health insurance program is disgraceful. Yes, it is true that not everyone over the age of sixty-five can afford the average monthly cost for health insurance, but why must everyone be punished? Our politicians have been constantly pursuing Medicare and there's no need to ask why.

Because of the health care reform, some doctors have decided not to take in more Medicare patients. I don't see who benefits from this but I'm sure who will be devastated.
