Well, I wish I could tell you I was going to share with you the secret to cloning but I haven't figured out how to do that. What I am going to share with you is a key to success in the MLM business and that is the power of duplication. Duplicating yourself, so to speak, by passing on what you know to others. There are several important things you need to know.

Teach What You Know

This sounds so very basic bus is so crucial to the power of duplication. You can't teach electrical engineering if you are not an electrical engineer. We all have our strengths and weaknesses. What is your strength as a MLM marketer? Are you a good list builder? Are you good at creating products? Maybe you are simply good at encouraging others. That is a talent too and one you can pass on to others.

Be a Good Learner

In order to be a good teacher you actually have to be a good learner. You need to be continually improving and learning yourself. The power of duplication is so effective and so helpful to your success in MLM and learning leads to teaching. Be willing to learn from others so you can teach others.

Be a Good Teacher

A good teacher not only knows their subject but they are passionate about it. They are able to pass that passion and enthusiasm on to others. Good teachers inspire others to greater things and have the success of those they are teaching in mind.

Be a Good Mentor

A mentor goes beyond simply being a teacher. A mentor invests time and energy into those they are mentoring. It is a guiding along - teaching, helping, encouraging. I love mentoring others in the MLM business. It is so rewarding. I have personally seen the power of duplication work it's magic several times with my team and for many others.

Teach How to Teach

You also want to teach others how to teach. When you teach them how to pass on what they learn to others than the power of duplication continues on. Encourage those you teach to share with others. Don't keep the knowledge of success to yourself. When you help others to succeed you are helping yourself as well.

Be a Good Listener

One of the key traits good teachers and mentors have in common is the ability to listen. You need to be able to listen, not just hear, those around you. Listening involves giving your undivided attention to others. It means really paying attention to their needs.

You may be asking yourself why should I be worried about the power of duplication. Why should I pass on what I know? The reason is simply this - when you help others succeed you become more successful yourself. You will draw successful people to you and you will increase your MLM business. So take the time to teach, to mentor, to listen - start the process of duplication today.
