Many cell phone design company, LCD module manufacturers are trying to get the goods ready. Apart from the liquid crystal display, the flash memory and crystal are the hot property in the market. The orders of the LCD panel are coming quickly in mainland of China. It has two reasons, on one hand, the price of components will increase quickly; on the other hand, the suppliers worry about the influence of earthquake. Recently, Samsung declaimed to raise the price in advance. And the other manufacturers did not receive the exact time and price.

What is worse, the earthquake in Japan just likes a catalyst under the tendency of price increase. This incident makes the market more nerves. The manufacturers are growing in the fierce competition. Experts maintain that the core technology and the industrial update in China are not as optimistic as we imaged. Although there are not so many Japanese factories established towards the manufacturers in Pearl River Delta, many manufacturers can not avoid Japan. Even some low-end cell phones, which can be produced by the Chinese manufacturers, need to import some raw material from Japan.

Apart from the liquid crystal display, some key parts of the PCB, semiconductor and memory are come from Japan. Maybe, you only see one Japanese brand of cell phone in the Chinese market. The other brands, such as, NEC, Panasonic and Toshiba, had left the Chinese market. However, many components hide in the cell phone, which are invisible. Influenced by the earthquake, the price of clock crystal has increased by 100%, but its ratio is low in the device. By contrast, the ratio takes by the LCD is very high. Its small change will have large influence. From the point of supplier's view, they will firstly meet the demand of some large brands.
