Titanium forging is quite an arduous task. The first titanium alloy is created by heating with aluminum, copper, nickel and iron than titanium low thermal conductivity. One has to place a bottom pad on a stainless steel plate and use not more than 55% nickel in the heat-resistant alloy plate. This should be done to prevent the blank board.

To have the perfect titanium forging as well as attain an even grain structure and good mechanical characteristics, the heat provided should be rough at high temperatures so as to get the shortest stay. Consequently, there should be sub-heating to solve this heating process, both in the high and low temperature in the conductivity of titanium. All these should be done in a laboratory under careful observation and supervision to avoid any sort of accident.
