Insomnia does not constantly occur each night. It usually occurs when there is an abnormal event that has affected your whole senses. It is impossible for a person with insomnia to go to bed even if his or her body is already tired and eager enough to sleep. The two basic reasons why a person suffers from insomnia can be solved using the psychological and physiological condition of a person. Both can be the good source to trace the reasons of sleeping disorders of a person. Each of these fields has its own set of basis where the possible factors are synthesized to further explain the reasons of insomnia. The psychological field basically focuses on the behavior of a person. Psychologists believe that abnormal behaviors are caused by the inability of the brain to face the pressure and the demands of the real world. A bothered person is often prone to have insomnia. Once a person constantly thinks of his or problems it hinders his or her mind to rest. Meanwhile the insomnia sleep disorders field pays more attention on the physiological condition of a person. A malnourished person is more prone to experience insomnia because his or her body does not get the enough nutrients for the body to relax. The cell inside a malnourished body does not stop from doing its tasks because it does not get the enough nutrients that will sustain the needs of the body.
