High calorie diet is injurious for everybody as it may cause many diseases whereas low calorie diet and low fat diet are the essential therapy which should be followed by everyone. At regular diet common salt is mandatory because it consists of iodine which our health needs to protect from simple goiter performing as a fundamental ingredient of our body. Everybody changes the normal consuming routine due to many reasons such as for reduction of weight, avoidance of any diseases, wiping out the germs from the body or may be to attain a general progress in psychologically and bodily.
Apart from all these reasons a person may follow different diets for spiritual cause. In that case they follow only vegetables and fruits avoiding all the animal protein items. So everyone should keep in mind while eating as because a balanced diet will prevent from the contaminated diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, renal disease, cancer and osteoporosis etc.
But now the need of nutrition arises which can support to build a strong health. Nutrition is consists of definite ingredients like vitamins, carbohydrates, proteins, minerals etc. To attain a good health one must take food in regular basis which will comprise all these nutrients. Besides nutrition and equal diet one must do exercises in order to have a sound body and a sound mind. People of every age cannot be provided with the same diet as because kids and the older ones should be aware of before taking any heavy foods which contains high calorie diet and high fat diet.
Fatness can cause horrendous diseases so balanced diet, suitable nutrition and correct exercises. Need of dairy products is mandatory for the kids as it provides calcium which makes strong teeth to grow and also prevents from the diseases like arthritis etc. Regular taking of fruits, salads and vegetables makes the skin to glow and also sustain the youthfulness.
