Textbooks are very vital when you are in college. You have just started a fresh new semester and need books which are no doubt a huge expense, but which you can't do without. So how do you go about it? Do you have a plan or just buy without thinking and end up spending a huge sum?

*Find out by registering for classes early the number of books you will need in the semester. Find out from the bookstore about the list of textbooks.
*Write the name, author, international standard book number and the cost of the books you need.
*See if you can loan it from your library. They may have limited copies and you can reserve a copy if you are early enough.
