There's so many diet pills and quick fix diets out there that it's hard to know what this means. Plus using such things will harm your body and make it even harder to lose weight permanently.
If you have an eating disorder then you need to quit looking at pictures of women you want to look like. Start learning about your body and what the food you are eating (or not eating) is doing to it.
Once you understand how your body works and have a real goal of trying to get healthy, you'll find that the weight thing takes care of itself. Plus you'll have more energy, feel better, and your eating disorder will be a thing of the past.
