The rubber lining plate is short for rubber lining plate used on the ball mill machine both ends and barrel, it is called rubber liner and rubber lining. The complete set of rubber lining plate consists of end liner plate (strengthened type is lattice plate), ends promotion bar, center ring (strengthened type is center guard plate), padding, barrel promotion bar (mould layer), shell liner, manhole door, fastener piece and so on.

1. Low energy-consumption. The physical density of rubber is 1/6 that of manganese steel so that the shell quality of ball mill machine is lowered, the load of electric motor is lowered. The electric energy is saved, so the cost is lowered.

2. It is of strong wear-resistance, and impact-resistance. The rubber lining plate of ball mill machine adopts proprietary formula and is dealt by high pressure sulfidizing. The wear resistance property is highly raised and its life service is 1.5-2 times of manganese steel. The elasticity and buffering of the rubber decreases the intense force of impact.

3. It is of low noisy. The steel colliding with the rubber decreases the noise. As the sound isolation function of rubber on ball mill machine, the staff enthusiasm is aroused to some extent, which raises the productivity indirectly.

4. It is easy to install. The rubber lining is of light weight, no special instruments are needed. It is very convenient and the downtime is greatly decreased, improving the operation efficiency of enterprise.

5. It is of corrosion resisting. The manganese steel produces replacement chemical reaction with acid, alkali, and salt which accelerate the wear of lining plate. The rubber lining plate on ball mill machine is of special formula, and corrosion resisting which prolongs the service life of lining plate.
