[The Google Toolbar has a PageRank button]. basically a google pagerank is from 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, so you would obviously want you site to be on a page rank of 7, what you can do is write an article and submit it to an article dictionary, for example article base, it has a page rank of 6, so your sites link will be living of the page rank here and will be listed high in the search engines.

here are a number of social bookmarking sites - such as Digg, Stumbleupon, Delicious - which carry weight with Google.

Social bookmarking though can be time consuming but its well worth it, trust me.
