The Safety Of Wifi Is Still Being Doubted As Macbook Using Students Experience Head Aches.

The wireless internet technology through WIFI is a technology we have been marveling about since it was developed and introduced for public use

. But since then, it has been in normal use in our society that we don't give it much attention anymore.

In coffee shops we tend to gravitate to branches that have this service and we choose a hotel if they have it as well in their rooms.

And because of this popularity and the seemingly safe signal it produces according to researches, there have been several universities already who have decided to provide their students free WIFI service as well in campus grounds. Administrators simply restrict the users so that student cannot access websites that the school doesn't deem to be necessary.

Yet with these developments, some parents are still doubtful of so called safety of wireless Internet signals in prolong usages. And though there already have been numerous researches about it safety in humans, still some schools in Canada and certain parts of the US have parents reporting in their office that their children have reportedly experienced headaches and slight dizziness and some minor lightheaded symptoms since the school started using this Internet signal in their premises.

Although the college students who are actively using their Macs for school work were the real reason the wireless signal was set up in these campuses, there is a nearby school that have 5 - 9 year old kids nearby whose parents allege that their children might be affected by signal. So far these claims are unfounded and they might just be all unrelated, this didn't stop the parents to complain to the schools administration.

Majority of laptop using students are using a Mac and have already benefited from their schools move to get a wireless signal in campus grounds where students can do their research immediately. The school have also encouraged to be knowledgeable about what Macbook insurance is and so if something happen to their Macbook, they would not be financially weighed down.

And because of the recent safety issues of the signal, interest in other forms of insurances as well have caught concerned parents' attention. The main "insurance" they want is to simply take out the signal in the school. Period.

But since many students rely on this technology particularly in schools in Canada, taking away the free internet signal may not be the best choice there is. Students are educated as well in the value of getting Macbook insurance and other kinds of insurance of gadget because they use laptops so much for their personal use and projects in school. The most popular among students is Macbook insurance that can replace their Mac if it was lost or stolen.

So if students use and rely so much on their computers for their studies, indeed taking it away just because of some unfounded claim that it is unsafe is a giant leap backward.

However these turn of events if proven to be serious and that more parents complain, these universities maybe forced to cut the signal for good and wait for further proof that the this signal has nothing do with the headaches and was safe from the very beginning.
