megapixel camera on the rear as well as a front facing 1.3 megapixel camera. The device has the powerful Android operating system with a large 7 inch display and simple touch control of the user interface.

The tab has a 7 inch large TFT display with WSVGA resolution (1024 by 600 pixels) with a depth of 169 pixels per inch respectively. The display is great for browsing the Web through the preinstalled Android browser which offers support for Flash Player 10.1 and has an RSS reader besides its ability to display full webpages in complete HTML. The eReading capabilities offered, also allow you to enjoy ebooks, newspapers and more through the display, and holding the slim lightweight device as a whole.

The Galaxy Tab offers a powerful 1 GHz application processor which is able to power multiple applicants at once on the Android 2.2 Froyo operating system, with the Samsung user interface with hybrid widgets and multiple home screens which you can customise. The onscreen keypads offer easy text and data input, alongside icon-based touch controls in apps. The Swype technology meanwhile provides an intuitive system which recognizes the words as you type them making it easier to input data altogether. Internal memory is either 16 or 32 gigabytes respectively, while all users are provided with the side microSd card slot which offers you up to a further 32 gigabytes of storage memory at anytime.

The device also has a rear facing 3 megapixel camera for photo taking, video recording in High Definition and also video conferencing with the front facing 1.3 megapixel camera also featured. The full HD video player also allows you to enjoy videos on the device too. There is also an integrated music player which supports all major audio file formats, and offers simple controls to find the music you want to listen to in your library. Music can also be played in the background while you perform other task thanks too the multitasking capabilities of the device.
