The Scottsdale Private Golf Club At Dc Ranch Is A Place Where Everyone Knows Your Name

but actually had a pretty impressive month of activity. Our planned July 4th activities did not go as hoped but, given record high temperatures and other weather related challenges, well just chalk it up to a lesson learned. More

importantly, we did experience a couple of successful events this past month our Scottsdale private golf Club the JunioGolf Association of Arizona (JGAA) Match Play Championship on July 1920 and, of course, the

inaugural Inferno on the weekend of July 2324. Seventysix players took on the

temperatures and enjoyed a nofrills, twoday Scottsdale private golf Member/Guest event; from all reports, it sounds like the Inferno will be around for years to come.

During the month of July, The Scottsdale Country Club, The Country Club at DC Ranch, Club welcomed some additional membership activity, too. Membership Director Melanie Halpert announced that an additional four Golf Memberships were purchased this past month; that makes it sixty (60) Golf Memberships sold

since the implementation of MarketBased Pricing on November 1 of last year here at our Scottsdale private golf Club. Add the twentyeight (28) Clubhouse and/or Sports Social memberships sold during this same time

span and 100 memberships sold in the 201 fiscal year could be reality. Pretty incredible!

So whats the secret to our membership sales success for this Scottsdale Country Club? No doubt, the value of membership driven by marketbased pricing has much to do with that success, but I think its actually more

than just dollars and cents. Every private club in our marketplace offers a quality golf experience,

good recreation and dining opportunities to their respective memberships. The Country Club at DC

Ranch offers much more. Remember that iconic Boston bar where everybody knows your name?

Yes, Cheers! Now that was a special place; a club, if you really think about it, with a lot of great

characters who shared their stories and their lives much like The Country Club at DC Ranch.

In looking at todays private club world, it has to be about more than quality golf and good recreational

and/or dining experiences it has to be about friendships. With the helterskelter lifestyles and

time commitments in todays world, there is a need for an oasis where families and friends can

come together at a Scottsdale Country Club and enjoy one anothers company; a place where likekinds of people (members!) can enjoy each other and all the club has to offer; a place where true friendships are made and

enhanced, a place where everybody knows your name.

And that brings us back to you thank you for being such an important part of The Country Club

at DC Ranch. And thank you for your continuing support; for coming together like you do every

Thursday and Friday evenings, or much like you did this past weekend for the Inferno coming

together where you enjoy each others company and where everybody knows your name. Thats

what makes The Country Club at DC Ranch so special and, in turn, what has made market based

pricing so successful. Who wouldnt want to be a part of your Club?!!
