Travelling the world and going on holiday with a group of friends supposed to be

one of the most enjoyable things to do, but it can be hard to find the right city and accommodation to suite everyone, finding the right accommodation at an affordable price can be a bit of a head ache, if you dont plan well and make your group reservation ahead of time.

One thing to remember it always helps to go to the right people with the experience and know how to arrange group accommodation, as you can spend weeks sending emails and making phone calls and not get very far, but if you ask the right company for help finding your group accommodation, everything can be finished and booked in a matter of days.

No matter which city you choose to visit there are a few things that remain the same and need to be considered, such as what type accommodation is your group looking for, dorm rooms offer very affordable prices and can be some of the cheapest place to stay for groups, but not everyone likes sharing a room and would prefer a smaller room, single, twin, triple and quad rooms offer a bit more privacy for travellers and can still be found at a good price if you consider budget hotels, bed & breakfast, hostels and guesthouse instead of expensive hotels accommodation.

Group accommodation has different requirements to what an independent traveller looks for, if there is a group of 50 people travelling and they want to stay in the same accommodation for example there is no point looking at a small guesthouse that only has maybe 10 rooms, it may have the best prices and be right in the city centre but there is no way the group will fit and the accommodation will not have the resources to cater for such a large group, what they need is a hostel or budget hotel that can accommodate everyone and have enough space in the common room, restaurant and bar for everyone to relax and not feel squashed.

On the other hand if there is a group of 30 people a bed and breakfast that could accommodate 35 people would be perfect as the group could pay for the whole accommodation and have the place all to them selves, ensuring the security and privacy for the group.

With a group of any size there are always different things to consider but to get the best deals for group accommodation always use a group booking specialist and save yourself a head ache, a lot of time and money.
