The Secret To Natural Beauty: Natural Products
Women struggle to maintain a beautiful image
Women struggle to maintain a beautiful image. Face, hair and body are primped and primed in an effort to always be looking fantastic.
For many ladies, beauty goes hand in hand with self-worth and self-image. Feeling fat, looking worn and tired or even having a bad hair day can undermine a woman's sense of confidence. As time goes on, women go to great lengths to fight the signs of wrinkles and keep the appearance of youth and vitality.
Granted, any woman can go to a beauty store and find all kinds of cures in a bottle. The truth is, however, if you really want to look and feel great, you don't need to spend a fortune on wonder creams and magic lotions.
Looking good on the outside means taking care of the inside first. Your diet is key to maintaining your weight and giving hair, skin and nails the vital nutrients they need to be at their best.
Start with water. Keep yourself hydrated by drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. Not only will you look better, you'll feel better.
A balanced diet is critical. Snack on fresh fruits and vegetables instead of sweet treats, to give your skin and hair the nutrients they need. You should also be looking for foods rich in Omega 3's, such as fish. Whole grain breads give your body more age fighting minerals and vitamins than white breads.
Exercise should be part of your daily routine. Take a brisk walk to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing. You don't have to work out at the gym everyday, but find fifteen minutes of activity each and every day to keep your body curvy and slim. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, jog on the spot while you watch television or just dance around your own living room.
One of the biggest mistakes women make when it comes to beauty care is overdoing the chemicals. You don't need chemical and synthetic products to boost your appearance. Milk is a natural moisturizer, so pour some into your bath water, or use it as a rub to hydrate dried out skin. Lemons are a natural lightener. Rub some lemon on darkened skin, brown spots or freckles to fade them. You can also use lemon juice on your hair as a natural highlighter and lightener. It's also great as a pre-rinse to remove build of from hairspray and other hair products.
The old myth about washing your hair with beer really will make it nice and shiny.
For natural facials, use gram flour or oatmeal. It's a chemical free way to remove dead skin cells, clean and moisturize your skin.
Beauty sleep is not a dream. Getting plenty of rest will prevent wrinkles, dark circles and boost your overall appearance. Plus, you'll be in a better mood, prompting you to smile more!
When it comes to looking your best, attitude is the biggest part of the battle. Women who feel good about themselves, naturally look good. So instead of turning to expensive synthetics, call a friend for some girl talk, listen to your favourite music, or just find your happy place. Happy people are always naturally radiant.
