Truth #1: Internet Marketers use the word "scam" to get your attention.
One million people are searching on the Internet, today alone, for an MLM or Network Marketing business opportunity.
* Internet marketers know that keywords are the ticket to being found in those Google searches.
* People doing their due diligence on a home based business, immediately jump online, do a quick search of "company" name plus the word "scam."
* Making SendOutCards scam a very popular search.
* Shrewd marketers know this and then, "bait and switch" you with their marketing message.
Don't believe me? Just skip to the end of any of the search results for SendOutCards scam. Ninety nine percent will say wonderful things about the company in the end, and ask you to sign onto their opportunity.
Truth #2: The BBB and the FTC keep track of scams.
Things change fast online. Check with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) to find out if there's proof of a SendOutCards scam. Their specific role is to ensure consumers have a voice in the market.
The Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission keep a watchful eye on any companies receiving complaints, On the flip side, if someone does file a complaint, the watchdogs will provide a history of the complaint and whether or not it was resolved. Truth #3: Life isn't always fair.
Used car salesman are often sleazy by association and MLMs are often considered scams for the same reason.
It's too bad but that's the simple truth of reputations.
The good news is?The BBB, the FTC and Google have recently started working closely together to really come down hard on misleading ads - and this single thing will clean up the Industry and change how it is percieved. It's already happening, it's known as the "Google slap". Basically, Google just eliminates anyone from their search results that they think is unethical. Meaning, business is closed online.
So, is there any truth behind the SendOutCards scam?
There's no such thing as get-rich-quick.
People who treat their SendOutCards business like a business; understand that it does take money to make money; and put a lot of effort and tenacity into their venture; succeed. Every MLM has proof of successful people.
* Stick with your new business at least a year
* Put your initial earnings back into it
* And never say "quit."
