The user interface can be automatically rotated with the integrated Accelerometer, and the user can also pan and zoom when browsing webpages. Favourite sites can be added to Bookmarks and fast web searches can be performed with the supported Google search engine.

The handset doubles up to a great extent as a full Walkman music player, along with its capabilities as a mobile phone. The Walkman player offers an established interface and sorting technology for tracks, with selection by artist, album and genre. The SensMe feature also allows the user to choose music based on a mood, having also sorted all music according to mood genres. The Walkman player can be easily controlled also with its shake control, just shake to switch tracks.

The phone has a 3.2 megapixel camera with up to 2 times digital zoom to gain a better picture even from a distance. The Photo Fix feature also automatically enhances images by adapting light and contrast balances. Video recording is also available, and videos can be instantly shared through YouTube or on a personal blog with the send to web capability. Video calling is also offered with the main camera.
