You see, just a few years ago, I was suffering the same frustration and sleepless nights that you're probably suffering right now.

In my youth, I was plagued and embarrassed by my problem. I remember going out on a skiing trip and keeping my friends awake at night. After the first night, I learned to sleep alone because nobody could stand sharing a room with me... Sound familiar?

After I got married, I was becoming desperate about my problem (Actually, it was "our problem" now)I tried everything - sprays, creams, pills. I even wore those ridiculous devices in my mouth. Nothing worked for my "incurable case of snoring" - and I wasn't getting any answers why my snoring wasn't going away!

At some point, I even considered surgery... But the thought of such a serious (not to mention expensive) measure quite frankly scared me to death.

So I kept snoring and woke up my wife several times each night... sometimes keeping her up for hours.

Needless to say, this was becoming a real problem between us and started to hurt our relationship. Eventually, we found ourselves leaving the bedroom and taking turns to sleep seperately. I felt sad and terribly frustrated.

I started to read everything there was about snoring. I was becoming nothing short of an expert on the subject. But I found out that only a small percentage of snoring could be solved by each "cure". That's whythere are so many to choose from - because each case of snoring is different.
