The return policies that an affiliate advertises must match the return policies of the particular sponsor the affiliate is marketing for. Just because you guarantee a 30-day return policy does not mean the sponsor will follow this return policy.
This is, of course, assuming that you're not an unscrupulous affilaite marketer that resorts to half truths and whole lies to make a sale. Affiliate marketing is all about profiting from a long-term business relationship, after all.
Illegal discounts and promos Promotions are excellent for increasing sales, but not all Internet affiliate programs will allow you to make use of them.
A web affiliate program has are very strict when it comes to price management. Some will allow their affiliates to throw in discounts and bonus coupons, but others will penalize or even blacklist affiliates that disrupt the competitive status quo.
These are the three most important things to look out for in the terms and conditions of a web affiliate program. It might be a chore to read through the whole thing, I know, but it's better to do so in order to ensure a smooth experience with your chosen Internet marketing affiliate program.
One last thing to remember: make sure to actually understand what you are reading instead of just pretending to understand.
A web affiliate program likes to hide its terms in mounds and mounds of legalese. If you don't understand something, then don't be afraid to send an email. It'll help out lots.
