Kids that experience this type of childhood will, as a byproduct, have a more positive experience with life. And, likewise, the opposite is true for those raised in an environment that is inconsistent and unsafe. This is not to say that bad childhood experiences filled with insecurities is the reason that many adults today feel insecure. Being raised in a happy consistent environment will more than likely be a positive experience for all of those children.
