Self-confidence & Belief- This trait alone, is by far the most important on the list of leadership qualities. If you don't have a high belief in your-self begin to look at your life and world in a more layed back and possible way.If you don't yet believe in yourself, begin to change the way you feel through the use of positive affirmations and incantations every day.

Understanding & Empathy- These two leadership skills tie together. Having these skills work hand in hand will lead to better patience and also respect as yourself as a leader. It is not until you can really undertsand a person inside out; that you then then help them out as a leader in their business.There is never just one way to "skin the cat" and solve someones problems

Strong Possible Attitude- I feel this is the most important trait on this leadership qualities listIf you don't yet believe in yourself, begin to change the way you feel through the use of positive affirmations and incantations every day.Without true belief it is hard to meet your fullest potential

Integrity- It would be almost impossible to tell something that "one" trait is the most important because they all are equil. It is one thing to leader succesful but it is another to truly gain there trust. You must do things that benifit the whole entire team and not always be just thinking about yourself. Ya sure, it is possible to earn a quick but in MLM with false practices but it is trust that is really going to set you far apart from your competition.

Patience- Take a look at how these leadership skills tie together. Having patience will allow for better understanding and empathy towards a team mates thoughts, feelings, situation, etc... It is when you can truly understand a person, that you can really help them in their business.There is never just 1 "cut and paste" solution to fix peoples problems.

Decisiveness- These characteristic alone sounds simply but it is yet one of the hardest ones to master. The leadership qualities list wouldn't be complete without decisiveness. You must possess all 4 of the other qualities in order to achieve this trait, or at least to effectively be decisive.

Responsibility- The finial trait in this list is responsiblitiyYou and soley you are responsibile for your own success. That being said, you're only partly responsible for the success of your team. You can show them the way, but if they choose not to follow your path, they are responsible for their failures.
