The Toshiba Satellite A355 S6940 Laptop - My Favorite Feature

When I think about the Toshiba Satellite A355 S6940 Laptop the first thing that comes to mind is the webcam that recognizes your snapshot and uses it to log you onto the computer. The reason this is my favorite feature is because at one time I had a Dell. I had incorporated two users on the laptop for me and my oldest son.

Now what happened was my youngest son decided that he would pull many of the keys off the keyboard. I was able to put some of them back, but I could not put the "G", "K", or "S" back on because he had broken them completely.

At first this was okay. I could press down where the keys were supposed to be and the letter would show up. However, after awhile, the "S" and "K" would not work at all (I'm almost certain that this would not have been the case with the Toshiba Satellite A355 S6940). Because of this I was unable to log into my computer.

Frustrated doesn't come close to the way I felt. First, I was upset that my son took the keys off in the first place, but he was only one year old and so I couldn't really blame him. I blamed myself for leaving it where he could get to it. Second, I was upset with myself for putting a password on my user profile because I was thinking that it wasn't really that necessary. It wasn't like I had rated R issues or anything like that. Plus, my oldest son wasn't thinking of going on under my profile especially since his had his own name on it and it made him feel important.

My point is this. Of course now I have many sons who could have the potential to use my laptop, even though they have their own, and so I definitely need a password protected profile. However, I do not want to be at the mercy of my keys or my memory and the Toshiba Satellite A355 S6940 gives me that satisfaction as well as many others.
