First of all online beat makers are software programs that enable you to create your own R&B, hip hop, rap beats etc (basically a program for making music). It usually consists of a main panel housing a sequencer, a drum set and a keyboard. It will also usually contain a lot of instrumentals and cool tunes that you can use to make beats.
