Do very little or none at all with weights. If not done correctly with suitable weights, it does more harm than good. Do not over-exhaust yourself. Being dedicated and over-doing it are completely different things. Listen to your trainer and include proper intervals and resting period throughout your routine. It would be wiser to take turns while working on your different body parts. While it is equally important to evenly tone every muscle. Arms on Sunday and legs on Monday. The most important thing to follow throughout the routine is a healthy lifestyle. Selection of proper diet followed by proper bedtime. Rest is an integral part for muscle and fitness.
Again, fitness in term is not related with gym at all. You can dig enough information through magazines and internet to start your routine at home or a park. Just be certain that you know what you're doing or consult a trainer if need be.
