In each of these frequencies an individual has a different state of mind, which could vary from been very relaxed to been very near to sleep or a state of high awareness. Depending on the frequency, this state of mind could keep changing.

You would require practice to attain each one of these frequencies and after some time, you would be able to achieve the frequency you want by controlling the brainwaves, which help create them. The effects of the frequency could also vary from one individual to the other.
