In this article I will introduce to you my method of improving your emotional spectrum - which is important, especially if you are somewhat depressed, to experience life more vividly. How many emotions do you have in your life? To reach success, emotionally, this is vital.
What does your emotional spectrum consist of..? Two, five, ten emotions..? Any of those alternatives is a joke -- it has to be more. Why? Because having that, limited, spectrum means you are missing out on mental stimulation -- read: life -- that would constantly be happening if it was bigger. Also, you are far from as -- read: naturally- -- confident as you could be, if your emotional spectrum is limited.
But do not worry - there are, simple, ways to improve the spectrum. First of all, you need to activate facial expression. Do this by shifting your focus, from wherever it is, to your face -- the goal here is to feel the face constantly change, without you doing anything....Why would it change..? Believe it or not - that is what it NATURALLY does. In this stressful culture, we have come to suppress that - because "we spend time on doing more important things". So this suffers. But, as I said, there is a solution - which there is to every problem.
Have you activated your face? Let everything go, and really get into doing this... or it will not work. It is important that you do not try to expressing something special - let it be however boring it "wants" to be! The magical thing is that this openness of expression, and the consequential authenticity, actually makes you charismatic "on its own". very cool.
When you feel your face has become active, see if you can change the nuance of expression.
