For most people it usually works great. You can listen to your own palylist music during your treadmill workout. By doing this way, you will not realize that the time past quicker. You can still running while you can enjoy yourself too.
Watch television
At most gyms they give some facilitation that you can enjoy while you are doing an exercise. You can watch television in a cardio area. It is better for you to choose a treadmill that is closed by the television you can enjoy yourself by watching your favorite shows and you do not need to stare at the empty space of the gym.
Study
You can bring some assignments with you if you are still in school or collage. Perhaps you can bring some notes for your test. You can read your notes while you are running. When you are done running out, expectantly you will also done with your assignments as well.
