Prices vary from approximately 280,000 for a small 2/3 bedroom terraced house, to 1,000,000 for the more palacial residencies.In addition to Island Wall it is recommended that you look at investing along the Sea Wall. Once again, as the title suggests, this road runs directly along the seafront. Prices here are slightly more expensive and there are probably only a dozen houses along this road, so finding a suitable one can be tricky.When buying your property in Whitstable you are virtually guaranteed to see a good return on your investment. The harbour is currently in the throws of being redeveloped, which can only mean one thing, a rise in property prices over the forthcoming years. Don't be put off by the recession of 2008-10. Whitstable is guaranteed to bring you a good return, especially if you are prepared to wait for a few years.
