The Wonder man of Epic Movies
History has always touched our emotions in one way or another as when we hear the
stories of old Romans and their impressive coliseum or some of the famous fighting of different historians, whatever the story may be it is always a pleasure for a person to hear it. Portraying these stories in the movies has always been one of the most amazing things to watch as we get to see different ages, see how their clothes and architecture was. One of the director in Hollywood which has made its prominent names in such kind of movies is Ridley Scott. Ridley Scottwas born on 30 November 1937. He is an English film director and producer known for his stylish visuals, an obsession for detail and making great historical movies. He has always made great epic movies creating extraordinary war scenes, great architecture and amazing use of sound and music to build a tension for a scene. Even if it is not a fighting or thrilling scene and just a simple plain conversation in a movie we can see details of almost everything as he tries to create as realistic environment as possible in a scene so the viewers can go deep in that scene. Some of his famous movies are Gladiator which shows us a story of Maximus and how he became from a Roman General to a Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven which shows us a story of a Blacksmith named Balian and how he fought for Jerusalem and Black Hawk Down which tells us a story of 123 elite U.S. soldiers who were drop into Somalia to capture two top lieutenants of a renegade warlord and find themselves in a desperate battle with a large force of heavily-armed Somalis. In these movies Ridley Scott has showed us some of the histories greatest battles and with his fine sense of detailing he has proved us that he is really one of the greatest directors when it comes to making epic movies.The Wonder man of Epic Movies
