The Working Process Of Hongxing Cement Mill
The working process of Hongxing cement mill
A
cement mill is the equipment used to grind the hard, nodular clinker from the cement kiln into the fine grey powder that is cement. Most cement is currently ground in
ball mills.
In cement production, the traditional cement mill grinding process is of huge energy consumption, accounting for 70% oftotal electricity consumption of cement. Therefore, it is the cementcompanies' great demand about how to reduce the energy consumptionwhich will greatly reduce cost and improve efficiency. At the momentwhen saving space in the cement kiln is becoming smaller and smaller, improving the cement grinding plant system would be helpful to thecement industry.
working process:
Portland cement is widely used and most common cement found in manyparts of the world. The basic ingredients of this cement are mortar, stucco, concrete and grout. The cement is produced by grinding rawclinker which is available with ease. The grinding of clinker is astraight forward process. The clinker is put to feed hopper, which inturn feeds into the pre-crusher. Then the table feeders extract it outfrom the pre-crusher and put it into the cement mill. Finally, thisfine powder is blended with gypsum which makes the portland cement.
High pressure roll presses
These consist of a pair of rollers set 8-30 mm apart and counter-rotating with surface speed around 0.9 - 1.8 m.s-1. The bearings of the rollers are designed to deliver a pressure of 50 MPa or more. The bed of material drawn between the rollers emerges as a slab-like agglomeration of highly-fractured particles. The energy efficiency of this process is comparatively high. Systems have been designed, including a de-agglomerator and separator, that will deliver material of cement fineness. However, particle size distribution is again a problem, and roll presses are now increasingly popular as a "pre-grind" process, with the cement finished in a single chamber
ball mill. This gives good cement performance, and reduces energy consumption by 20-40% compared with a standard ball mill system.
