WSI's 10th Master Franchise office, which is located in Araraquara, will be operated by Marcelo Cruz, who will lead the day-to-day activities of the Master Franchise office. Marcelo Cruz along with his wife and business associate, Claudia Rossi Cruz, and his manager, Murilo Malta, will manage the Franchise Unit as well.

Aside from developing a network of single unit franchisees (WSI Digital Marketing Consultants) in Brazil, Marcelo Cruz's office will be in charge for offering ongoing training and support programs to help these new franchisees succeed, working in a joint venture with the Brazilian Master Franchisee located in the city of So Paulo. The goal of this project is to put together WSI's presence in the region and offer local corporations with superior digital marketing services, including Internet advertisements, lead generation, search engine marketing, social media optimization, content marketing and brand reputation management.
